Does this information about a pre-Columbus Iron wagon prove that the Nephites or Jaredites worked with Iron?
No it does not.  Because we do not know that the Nephites or the Jaredites made this iron wagon.
But it does give supporting evidence and proof that there was a group of pre-Columbus people that did work with iron in the Americas as recorded in the Book of Mormon.
